Beginner Aerials

Mondays 28th April – 30th June (no class on public holiday 9th June)

Calling all newbies and those itching to brush up on the basics! Join us for a fun class where we’ll swing, soar, and flip through the fundamentals of aerial silks, lyra, and trapeze. You’ll learn beginner tricks, master the art of climbing, flip upside down like a pro, and discover the magic of proper technique while building strength and flexibility!

Beginner – Intermediate Aerials

Thursdays 1st May – 3rd July

6:30pm – 8:30pm

In this class, get ready to elevate your aerial skills! We’ll be diving into shiny new skills, mastering transitions, and crafting some fabulous sequences and routines. This is the perfect playground for aerialists itching to expand their skill set, and boost their strength and endurance.

Advanced Aerials

Wednesdays 30th April – 2nd July, no class 7th May, 28th May

6:30pm – 8:30pm

Trainer: Louise Clark

In this class, we’re swinging into action to level up our skills on the trapeze, lyra, and silks! Get ready to master those snazzy transitions, whip up dazzling sequences, and tackle some advanced tricks. Let the sky-high shenanigans begin!

Pre-reqs: High confidence and a wide range of skill in each aparatus, and strong body awareness.

Lyra – Straddle over, active knee hang, top bar knee hang. Coming to sit and stand with good technique. Skills including star, gazelle, mermaid, and front balance.

Trapeze – Coming to sit and stand with good technique. Skills including monkey roll, clix, rolls to sit and stand, dismounts.

Silks – Confident and consistent straddle over from a climb on silks, hiplock from a climb and catchers. Stamina and fitness to begin working on sequences and routine building.

Acro & Act Development

Tuesdays 29th April – 1st July

Alrighty, yippee and yahoo, it’s time to get excited!!! Term 2 adagio brings the creation of a dazzling new act to showcase at year’s end! If you’re eager to join a collective performance and embark on a journey of facilitated created development*, this class awaits your spirited presence. The theme weaves together the enchanting threads of female empowerment and camaraderie, spun through a captivating tale of witches. So gather your coven and secure your tickets!

*facilitated creative development means Jane’s got your back, ready to guide the way. Got a cauldron of ideas brewing? Fantastic! Prefer just getting the marching orders? That’s cool too. It’s a delightful dance between self-directed and Jane’s outside creative compass!

Please note: All class participants need to have purchased their annual membership ($20.00) to attend class. The membership fee ensures you are covered by our insurance.
