Beginners Aerials
Tuesdays 28th July – 1st September (6 weeks)
6:30pm – 8:00pm

Calling all newbies and those itching to brush up on the basics! Join us for a fun class where we’ll swing, soar, and flip through the fundamentals of aerial silks, lyra, and trapeze. You’ll learn beginner tricks, master the art of climbing, flip upside down like a pro, and discover the magic of proper technique while building strength and flexibility!
Intermediate Aerials
Thursdays 23rd July – 24th September (10 weeks)
Note: the last two weeks will be open training

In this class, we’ll be diving into new skills, mastering transitions, and crafting some fabulous sequences and routines. This is the perfect playground for aerialists itching to hone their static trapeze, lyra and aerial silks skills and expand their repertoire of tricks.
Pre-reqs: Coming to sit and stand with good technique. Stamina and fitness to begin working on sequences and routine building. Able to climb to the top of silk, invert, hiplock and connect skills.
Advanced Aerials
Wednesdays 22nd July – 23rd September (10 weeks)
6:30pm – 8:30pm

In this class, we’re swinging into action to level up our skills on the trapeze, lyra, and silks! Get ready to master those snazzy transitions, whip up dazzling sequences, and tackle some advanced tricks. Let the sky-high shenanigans begin!
Pre-reqs: High confidence and a wide range of skill in each apparatus, and strong body awareness.
Lyra – Straddle over, active knee hang, top bar knee hang. Coming to sit and stand with good technique. Skills including star, gazelle, mermaid, and front balance.
Trapeze – Coming to sit and stand with good technique. Skills including monkey roll, clix, rolls to sit and stand, dismounts.
Silks – Confident and consistent straddle over from a climb on silks, hiplock from a climb and catchers. Stamina and fitness to begin working on sequences and routine building.
Adagio League
Mondays 20th July – 21st September (10 weeks)
6:30pm – 8:00pm
Trainer: Jane
Come along to Adagio with Jane, also known as the fine art of standing on our friends! We’ll play with partner and group acrobatics in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Seasoned adagio-goers and newbies welcome.
