Adult Women
Our classes are designed for adult women. Most of our trainers are women, however from time-to-time, we may engage male trainers for their specialised skilll/knowledge. Please be aware that we operate out of Ghetto Movement, which is a mixed-gender gym. From time to time, we may offer classes that are open to men, for example specialised workshops, performances and collaborations. It will be made clear if a class is mixed-gender.
Circus WOW welcomes all women 16+, including those who identify as women. We also welcome intersex, non-binary and gender diverse people.
Refunds and Cancellations
Classes run to strict minimum and maximum numbers. In the event a course does not meet the minimum number of enrolments to run, Circus WOW reserves the right to cancel that course. In this instance, you will be offered one of the following:
- A place in a comparable course at a comparable time
- To participate in the advertised course with an altered format
- To defer your fees for a future comparable course
- To have your fees returned to you
Because our classes run to strict minimums and maximums, fees paid in advance are required to determine if the class will run or be cancelled. Likewise, paid enrolments secure places otherwise desired by those who missed out because the class was full.
We do not issue refunds for class bookings.
- If there are exceptional or emergency circumstances it may be possible to apply for a transfer voucher to another activity (limited to the following term);
- Notification of intent to withdraw must be made in writing to circuswow@gmail.com
- Deferral credits, where offered in accordance with the complete terms and conditions, are for use in a nominated period only. Deferral credits cannot be deferred or refunded.
Students are required to attend the class in which they are enrolled. Students are not permitted to attend classes in which they are not enrolled to make up for a missed class.
Circus WOW reserves the right to substitute an instructor where the advertised instructor is not available to teach.
